Oil Control Toner – Bio Intensive™ - 150ml

APPLICATION:
After cleansing face with Bio Intensive Clarifying Cleanser, saturate cotton pad with Oil Control Toner and smooth gently over face and neck. Use twice daily and follow with Bio Intensive Balancing Complex.
